• Eustacian Apartment has sixty self-contained rooms with a private Balcony. The apartment is for both Men and ladies.
• We can accommodate 120 students. The rooms are spacious and equipped with 2 beds, Wi-Fi, Hot showers and a beautiful cloth shelf inside each room.
• The room can accommodate one or two students.
• Rent One student per room: Ksh. 6000 per month & deposit Ksh. 6000 paid once and is Refundable.
• Two students per room: Ksh. 7000 per Month & deposit of Ksh. 7000 paid once and is Refundable (The cost shared rent is Ksh. 3,500 per month per head and a deposit of the same amount per head paid once).
• Electricity & Water: The student is responsible of his or her electrical bills. Clean water provided for free.
• Security: the apartment is well secured with a perimeter wall and electric fence all round with trained security personnel and live CCTV surveillance cameras.
